Statics 2D Finite Element Method (EXCsta2D)

EXCSta2D was writen by using “stiffness matrix” method and it’s supported by Excel 2003 and later versions. It is 2-dimensional static analysis program and it’s written by using only excel functionality. VBA macros are not used. A maximum of 18 node points and a maximum of 30 frame elements can be solved. Cross-section of the members can be defined. Materials can be selected. Almost every type of loads can be applied. Structure diagrams can be drawn with the functionality of Excel. According to the results of analysis, axial force, shear force, torque, rotation, and stress diagrams can be plotted.
